My Body My Rights is Rangeen Khidki Foundation’s flagship program on comprehensive gender and sexuality education, grounded in the 7 essential components recognized by the International Planned Parenthood Federation and UNFPA. Rangeen Khidki has created a scientific curriculum for this program to roll out the interactive comprehensive gender and sexuality with all adolescents and youth.

The program has two key components:

  1. Capacity Building: We strengthen the capacities of community-based organizations (CBOs), educators, parents, and frontline workers to create safe, informed, and inclusive environments where adolescents and youth can access accurate SRHR information. Through training, resource support, and ongoing engagement, we help stakeholders become confident facilitators of critical conversations on gender and sexuality.
  2. Community Intervention: We engage directly with adolescents and youth through interactive, play-based workshops using a peer-led model that cover personal space, consent, bodily autonomy, gender, sexuality, gender roles and stereotypes, gender-based violence, mental health, and sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR). These sessions are tailored to be age-appropriate, culturally relevant, and grounded in empathy and inclusivity.

Our goal is to build a supportive ecosystem where young people feel seen, heard, and empowered to make informed choices about their bodies and lives.

We are actively seeking partnerships with organizations, schools, and collectives who share our vision and are looking to implement or strengthen adolescent and youth-centric SRHR interventions.
